Shipping, Refund & Return Policy

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Processing Time

All items on sewquaint.com are made to order and will take 2 - 3 weeks to be ready as they are handmade. We're working on reducing that time two 1 - 2 weeks. Once your order is ready, it's shipped the following Wednesday or Friday via your preferred method.

If an item is already in stock, it will be shipped the following Wednesday or Friday via your preferred method.

Shipping methods include: DHL which takes a week to arrive in international countries. Zipmail which takes 2-3 business days to arrive within Jamaica and Knutsford Express which takes 24 hours or less to arrive at any Knutsford Express  branch around the island.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery as delays may occur especially during the holiday season.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Though there should not be any additional charges once your order arrives in your country, Quaint by GSC ® is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages

All orders are securely packaged when shipped. As such Quaint by GSC ® is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Refund Policy

If you’re not fully happy with your Quaint by GSC® product, don’t worry we’re here to help. Just contact us within 28 days and we will give you a refund or replacement. Items must be returned with all Quaint By GSC® tags still attached and must be in its original packaging. If the item is worn, damaged or altered it will not be accepted for refund or exchange. No refunds on swimsuits. 

Once we inspect the returned item we will notify you on the status of your refund/exchange. If you are eligible for a refund or replacement, you must present proof of purchase. Refunds or replacements are processed and sent out in 15 - 21 business days.

Repairs

All Quaint By GSC® bags have a 90-Day limited warranty so if something goes wrong, you have the option to get it repaired by us. Contact us If you have any queries on how to return an item, send us an email at hi@sewquaint.com.
